The tower dominates the station area of Takamatsu
The 30-story tower, the highest building on Shikoku, has an observation deck (open 10 am-8 pm) with excellent views of the Inland Sea and Takamatsu city below, plus extensive shopping and restaurant options.
The tower was completed in 2004, it is a large complex with offices, commercial facilities as well as various event halls. The Kagawa International Convention Center / Exhibition Hall is part of the tower.
The height of the tower is 151.3 meters, which makes it the tallest skyscraper in the Shikoku region. There are also great views from the restaurants on the 29th and 30th floors as well as the special observation deck.

The tower is a three minute walk from Takamatsu Station and five minutes from Kotoden Takamatsu Chikko Station.
Restaurants are open 11 am-10 pm; shops 10 am-10 pm.
Nearby is the JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu, the Ferry Pier and Takamatsu Passenger Terminal Building, a skate park, Big Tent Plaza, Art Plaza and the Takamatsu Sunport National Government Building.
