How do I receive my Pocket WiFi after purchase ?

You have two options for picking up your Pocket WiFi after your purchase: You can either collect it at the airport when you arrive, or have it sent to your hotel.

Please pick up your Pocket Wifi at one of the JAL ABC counters below.

-Narita International Airport Terminal 1:

If you'll arrive at Haneda Airport Terminal 2, it's better to choose hotel pick-up as the Terminal 3 pick-up counter is far away

※The sender will email you which counter to pick up.

Please check the closing time of the counter, taking into account the time between when your flight lands and the moment you pick up your luggage (allow about 1 hour).
We will inform you of the exact pick up counter by email, a few days before the rental start date - the location will depend on your arrival flight terminal and time. 


If the airport counter will be closed at your time of arrival, please choose hotel delivery instead. 

 

Notice:

  • If you set the pocket Wi-Fi to high-performance mode, the battery will discharge more quickly, as it gives priority to connection speed.
  • We also recommend that you switch off the device before recharging it after use.
  • If you charge the device while it is connected to Wi-Fi or switched on, the device may automatically control the charging settings to protect the battery.
  • Be sure to use the pocket Wi-Fi fully charged to ensure good battery life.

 

Return Policy

We kindly remind all of our customers that the Pocket Wi-Fi must be returned by noon on the day after your rental end date. It should be enclosed in the pre-paid and pre-addressed envelope that came with your rental. 

Please gather the Pocket Wi-Fi and all of its accessories (cable, adapter, carry case...), seal the envelope and post it in any mailbox. You can also send it directly from the airport before going through security gate (a red mailbox is located near the security checkpoints).

Please note that if the Pocket Wi-Fi kit is not returned in time or is incomplete, you will be charged the following fees:

  • Lost device : €180 – $200 – £160
  • Device sent back late: €8 – $9 – £7 per day penalty
  • Incomplete kit excluding device (lost case, adapter, lost or damaged cable): €15 – $16 – £13 per missing item.

A reminder will be sent to you within 5 days of the scheduled return date, followed by a second reminder 5 days later. If no device is received within 15 days, we reserve the right to debit your credit card for the amount due.
