This summer, why not enjoy one of the exhibitions selected by Japan Experience during your visit to Japan? Events are mostly in Tokyo, but also in Kyoto.

  • Opening: From June 11th to September 23rd, 2019
  • Opening hours: Open Tuesday to Sunday from 09.30 to 17.30 (until 20:00 on Fridays and Saturdays). Closed on Mondays.
  • Access: 2 minutes from JR Ueno Station, in Ueno Park.
  • Adult price: 1,600 yen

The Matsukata Collection

  • Address: Tokyo National Art Center, 7-7 Ueno-Koen, Taito-ku, Tokyo 110-0007
  • Opening: From June 12th to September 2nd, 2019
  • Opening hours: Open from 10:00 to 18:00 (until 21:00 on Fridays and Saturdays). Closed on Tuesdays. 
  • Access: Direct access from Exit 6 of Nogizaka Station (Chiyoda Line), or 4 minutes walk from Roppongi Station Exit 4a (Hibiya Line), or 4 minutes on foot from Roppongi Station Exit 7 (Toei Oedo line).
  • Adult price: 1,600 yen

Christian Boltanski

  • Address: Roppongi Hills Mori Tower 52F, Roppongi 6-10-1, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-6150
  • Opening: From April 13th to September 16th, 2019
  • Opening hours: Open from 10:00 to 20:00
  • Access: a 4-minute walk from Roppongi Station (Toei Oedo Line) or a 5-minute walk from Azabu Juban Station (Toei Oedo Line).
  • Price: Adult 1,800 yen, students and high school students 1,200 yen, children 4-12 years 600 yen.
