The Fukumitsuya Brasserie offers excellent sake, made using traditional techniques from the Kanazawa region. Since 1625, the alcoholic vapors from rice mixed with water wrap the establish in a flawless reputation. The superior quality of sake that comes out of its barrels (Junmai sake) is created in the purest respect of the Edo period craftsmanship.
